For our client near Niederbipp, we are looking for a Goods Preparation Manager (m/f/d) for a permanent position starting immediately or by arrangement.

Area of responsibility

• Experienced in logistics: You bring leadership experience in logistics, warehouse, or picking, ideally in a pharma or healthcare environment, and are willing to work evenings.
• Strong communication skills: You communicate clearly and solution-oriented with logistics service providers, drivers, and internal departments, and you address deviations openly.
• Quality conscious: You work precisely and consistently adhere to GDP requirements, for example when checking BTM and chilled goods or when inspecting shipments based on loading lists.
• Assertive: You lead a team of permanent and temporary employees clearly, fairly, and consistently, even when it becomes hectic in the evening.
• Organizational talent: You have control over deployment, shift, and vacation planning, and you maintain an overview even in the event of delays or bottlenecks.
• Decisive: If something goes wrong during the evening routine, you independently take measures, from redistributing personnel to blocking goods or releasing routes.
• Technically savvy: You work confidently with MS Office, especially Excel and Word. Experience with SAP or warehouse systems is a plus.
• Process-oriented: You question processes, implement improvements, and keep your team fit regarding SOPs and training.
