To complement our team, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement:

Plant Operator fully automatic heat treatment plant

Plant Operator EFZ | Production Mechanic EFZ | Mechapraktiker EBA | or equivalent technical training

Tasks

• Independent operation of our latest generation fully automatic heat treatment plant in a two-person team on a rotational basis
• Independent, optimal assembly of hardening batches in baskets using setup plans, scheduling of hardening batches via plant control
• Unloading of hardening batches
• Managing charging and consumable materials
• Laboratory work including hardness testing, sample preparation, hardness progression measurements and microstructure examinations using state-of-the-art testing devices and microscopes
• Documentation and evaluation of test results and process data (digital)
• Daily, weekly and monthly maintenance work
• Readiness for 2-shift operation – – o'clock (40 hr week)

Requirements

• Training in the metal industry preferred
• Experience in the field of heat treatment and hardness testing is an advantage
• Very high quality awareness, as integrated into Automotive Quality Management Systems (IATF 16949)
• Hands-on, physically resilient, persevering and working precisely
• Confident handling of MS-Office 365 (Word, EXCEL)
• Reliable, committed teamwork
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
