Tasks You individually assemble our frameless window systems according to plan, independently or in a team. Close cooperation with our back office is required. Requirements profile \- Professional experience in the assembly of windows and doors \- Customer-oriented, reliable, independent, flexible \- Sound experience in metal construction and facade assembly \- Knowledge/compliance with safety regulations on construction sites \- Driver's license Cat. B and BE (trailer) Tasks As a lead fitter, you implement the high quality standards of our customers. You act as a link between construction management, customers and internal communication with project management, production and assembly. You individually and independently assemble the frameless sliding windows according to plan as a team leader. You support and train our assembly personnel and the external assembly teams working for us as well as installers of our sales partners. Requirements profile \- Several years of professional experience in the assembly of windows and doors \- Customer-oriented, reliable, independent, flexible \- Leadership experience is an advantage \- Knowledge/compliance with safety regulations on construction sites \- Willingness to undertake occasional assignments abroad \- Good German skills (French and English skills desirable) \- Driver's license Cat. B and BE Important: You are prepared to work away from home from Monday to Friday (costs are paid).
