Risk Manager

Your tasks

• You support the specialist departments in the identification, assessment, management and monitoring of risks and accompany them in the definition of suitable measures.
• You further develop the risk management and IKS process, create tools and conduct training.
• You are the contact person for process and project managers for questions regarding Risk, IKS and Compliance.
• You coordinate and support the risk management process at Visana and our subsidiaries.
• You monitor compliance with the risk management process and assess the proportionality of the applied IKS.
• You further develop our GRC toolbox and ensure the quality of the corresponding tools and data.
• You support the Risk Officer in the creation and preparation of reports and documents for management and committees.
• You accompany the implementation and follow-up of risk measures and support the assessment of their effectiveness.
• You observe relevant regulatory and technical developments and support their implementation in Risk Management and IKS.

Your profile

• You have a higher education in economics, risk management, finance, law or a comparable field.
• You bring several years of experience in risk management, IKS, audit, compliance or a related area, ideally in a regulated environment.
• You have strong analytical skills and recognize, evaluate and analyze risks systematically.
• You bring a good understanding of economic and legal contexts.
• You have a high IT affinity and interest in GRC tools and digital solutions.
• You work independently, reliably and with high accuracy.
• You communicate clearly, enjoy working in a team and move confidently in exchange with various stakeholders.
• You think in networks, act in a solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview even in complex situations.
