On behalf of 28 communes with a catchment area of more than 100'000 people, we intervene with great commitment, in an accessible and networked manner in the following areas: Child and Adult Protection Authority (APEA), professional guardianship, social counseling, counseling for mothers and fathers, addiction counseling and school social work. Social Worker / Social Work Advisor # In the context of voluntary social counseling, social workers offer, on the basis of the legal mandate (personal social assistance), advice and support for young people, adults, couples and families. The following themes are notably at the center of attention: assessment of problematic life situations and overcoming personal emergency situations, assistance in clarifying relational issues, education and family counseling, clarification of social insurance issues as well as budget counseling. Your tasks • Counseling and support of young people, adults, couples and families within the framework of voluntary social counseling • Clarification of the right to social assistance and support towards the recovery of economic and social autonomy • Clarifications in child protection on mandate of the Child and Adult Protection Authority • Clarifications and supervision of childcare places • Counseling and support of the persons concerned and their relatives within the framework of addiction counseling • Interdisciplinary collaboration with specialized services and involved institutions • Administrative tasks What you bring • Diploma in social work (FH) • Professional experience in one or more areas of social work • Basic knowledge of social insurance, social assistance and Swiss Civil Code • Autonomous, resilient and flexible way of working • Excellent communication skills • Desire to contribute actively to a dynamic team culture Are you interested?
