Your Mission

At HRSC, you are not simply part of a classic HR department – you move in a dynamic environment in which HR services are actively lived: close to the customer, flexible, and with a high degree of personal responsibility. You are an HR professional with sound practical experience or you bring basic HR knowledge and the motivation to develop further. You feel just as comfortable in daily operational HR as in exchange with customers. The parallel support of several customers motivates you and gives you the opportunity to use your expertise in a targeted and versatile manner.

• Independent execution of payroll including social security and withholding tax
• Responsibility for the entire personnel administration from entry to exit
• Independent execution of all year-end tasks
• Support for HR projects in the customer environment
• Variety and industry diversity due to different customer orders

What you bring with you

• You are an HR professional with many years of sound practical experience or you bring basic HR knowledge and the motivation to develop further
• Further training in HR is an advantage (Payroll Expert, HR Specialist, or comparable)
• Strategic thinking skills paired with a strong hands-on mentality
• Decisiveness as well as enjoyment of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
• Digital affinity and enthusiasm for consulting our customers
• Motivation to continuously develop yourself and try new things
