For our customer, an SME with a warehouse in Pratteln, we are looking for a Team Leader in the warehouse (100%, Try + Hire) by arrangement

Job Description

• Technical and personnel management of the warehouse and logistics area
• Further development and optimization of existing warehouse processes and workflows
• Leadership and promotion of a team of around 3 employees
• Ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations
• Active participation in daily operational business

Desired Profile

• Completed training as a Logistiker EFZ or comparable qualification with team leader experience
• Several years of experience in warehouse logistics
• 1-3 years of experience as a warehouse manager, team leader an advantage
• Very good German skills
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Good organizational and communicative skills
