Fixed-Term Contract First Job - Junior Product Owner

Within the Customer Relations Department, you will join the Digital and Customer Experience Unit, a multidisciplinary team composed of specialists in digital, customer experience, and digital product design. Accompanied by experienced professionals, you will discover the entire lifecycle of a digital product, from identifying needs to production and usage analysis, and you will contribute to solutions used by tens of thousands of Geneva clients.

This experience constitutes an excellent opportunity to develop the key skills of the Product Owner profession in an innovative, concrete, and meaningful environment.

As part of your function, you will notably be in charge of:

• Understanding the needs of customers and business units in order to contribute to the creation of simple, useful, and high-performance digital services (website, mobile application, customer areas, partner portals, etc.);
• Contributing to the functional definition of digital evolutions by transforming identified needs into user journeys, functional briefs, and user stories;
• Collaborating with UX/UI designers to design simple, intuitive interfaces adapted to user expectations;
• Accompanying development and testing teams throughout the project to facilitate the understanding of needs and guarantee the quality of deliverables;
• Contributing to the preparation of launches for new digital solutions (communication materials, documentation, support for internal users);
• Participating in the continuous improvement of existing solutions by analyzing user behaviors and feedback.

Your personality and your skills

Curious and endowed with a good analytical spirit, you like to understand user needs and solve concrete problems. You appreciate teamwork and know how to communicate effectively with interlocutors of varied profiles. Organized and structured, you demonstrate initiative and a strong desire to learn. You also manifest an interest in digital technologies and wish to develop your understanding of information systems and digital product design methods. A first exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) within the framework of your studies, an internship, or a project constitutes an asset.

Desired training:

• EPF, HEC or University Master's, ideally in one of the following fields: digital and innovation, customer experience, information systems, management sciences, project management, or training deemed equivalent.
