We are a specialized window builder with 200 years of tradition and a rock-solid positioning 🙂. In Oberaargau, we manufacture high-quality window solutions with 35 employees and a great team spirit. We maintain Swiss quality, reliable partnerships, and genuine craftsmanship.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Production Manager Windows and Co-entrepreneur (m/f/d, 80-100%).

Who you are

• You are a passionate carpenter and have professional training as a Schreiner*in EFZ with further training
• You have sound experience with the production processes of windows (and doors)
• You are a people leader, always think of one another, and work in a structured and process-oriented manner
• You are full of energy, proactive, and precise - speed is important to you
• You enjoy contact with your colleagues, working in a small team, and a new challenge

Your challenge & What makes the position special

• You are part of the leadership team as a co-entrepreneur and contribute significantly to the company's development
• You manage production and build a Champions League production team
• You ensure smooth operations (planning, purchasing, production, etc.) and continuously optimize operational processes in cooperation with the team
• You plan and develop a scalable production and efficient process flows from scratch
• You coordinate and are in close exchange with your team, the installers, the partners and suppliers, and your management colleagues
