Your field of activity

• Lead timber construction projects from the construction contract to project completion, including construction handovers.
• Plan, manage and monitor costs, deadlines and quality in a structured manner.
• Coordinate interfaces between the client, specialist planners, internal departments and external partners.
• Supplementary contract management: Technical, commercial and contractual, including billing and post-calculation.
• Accompany the timber construction technical implementation with a view to standards, statics, building physics, architecture and quality assurance.
• Together with specialists, you bring the projects into implementation step by step.

Your person

• Ideally, you have basic training in the timber construction or carpentry industry.
• Further training as a foreman, technician HF timber construction or timber construction engineer is a plus. What you don't know how to do yet, you will learn with us.
• Several years of experience in a timber construction company or planning office helps you with the entry.
• You communicate clearly, enjoy coordinating and can explain technical matters understandably.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Cadwork is helpful.
