Technical Writer 100%

For our client, a leading company in the Zurich area, we are looking for a Technical Writer (m/f/d) with experience in the IT, telecommunications, or technical environment.

This is an exciting large-scale project with a planned duration of around five years. Due to the scope of the project, the team is being continuously expanded.

Your tasks

Creation and maintenance of technical documentation in the IT, telecommunications, and system environment

Preparation of complex technical content in an understandable and target-group-oriented form

Working with the editorial system GRIPS

Documentation according to the S1000D standard

Close cooperation with engineering, IT, operations, and project teams

Ensuring quality standards, compliance with norms, and versioning

Support with graphic representations and illustrations as required

Your profile

Several years of experience as a Technical Writer, ideally in the IT, telecommunications, or electrical sector

Technical understanding as well as the willingness to work in a military environment

Experience with editorial systems, knowledge of GRIPS is an advantage

Knowledge of the S1000D standard is desirable

German at native level

Structured, precise, and quality-conscious way of working

Successfully completed or possible personal security clearance (unblemished reputation, no relevant debt enforcement proceedings or criminal records)
