Our client is an established company with a professional finance organization and a dynamic working environment. To bridge a personnel transition phase, an experienced personality is being sought for a temporary assignment until the end of March 2027, with the earliest possible start.

Job Description ##

• Support in operational finance and accounting
• Independent collaboration on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensuring the technical quality of closing work
• Execution and support of account reconciliations
• Optimization and monitoring of closing processes
• Technical support and coaching of team members
• Leading role during the year-end closing
• Close cooperation with internal finance stakeholders

The Successful Applicant ##

• Several years of experience as a Senior Accountant or in a comparable function
• Sound knowledge of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP
• Hands-on mentality with high implementation strength
• Experience in the technical guidance and development of team members
• Very good knowledge of ERP systems, ideally ABACUS
• Experience in SME or industrial environments is an advantage
• Very good English skills
• German and/or Italian is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
