Project Manager Architecture

For our client in the Schaffhausen area, we are looking to reinforce our team with an experienced personality as Project Manager Architecture (m/w/d)  Your tasks • You support our customers by developing projects and solution approaches in all phases of SIA service processing, in order to offer comprehensive consulting services • Careful coordination with our customers to capture their needs and incorporate them into planning and implementation • Responsible for planning, organizing and executing construction projects • Communication and coordination with customers, authorities, architects and specialist planners • Leadership and motivation of the project team to achieve project goals • Budget and cost calculations as well as offer management • Planning and monitoring of construction progress and ensuring a smooth project flow • Regular documentation and reporting on the status to internal and external stakeholders • Construction management / specialist construction management by agreement  Our requirements • Completed degree as an architect or similar field of study • Professional experience as a project manager in the construction industry, preferably in the healthcare sector • Enjoyment of planning, organizing and coordinating projects • Architectural and constructive understanding as well as imagination • In-depth knowledge of planning and construction processes • Numerical flair and knowledge of determining construction costs • Experience in billing / tendering • Distinct communication and presentation skills If you are interested in this position, do not hesitate and email your complete application documents with photo and salary expectation to us. • Permanent position • Full Time • 8200 Schaffhausen • Published 1 day ago
