Job Description ##

You will be in charge of a small team and will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead and develop Methods and Industrialization activities.
• Define, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes in order to improve the robustness, quality, and performance of processes.
• Supervise the industrialization of new products, from process design to their validation in production.
• Ensure the management and reliability of technical data, manufacturing documentation, and production parameters.
• Coordinate trials, qualifications, and validations of industrial processes.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement actions regarding productivity, quality, and costs.
• Analyze technical problems, conduct corrective and preventive actions, and provide support to production teams.
• Supervise and develop the technical office team, lead projects, and monitor performance indicators.

The Successful Applicant ##

You match the following profile:

• Higher education in engineering in microtechnique or similar.
• Proven experience in the field of Horlogerie.
• Experience in managing industrialization projects, process optimization, and continuous improvement approaches.
• Solid experience in managing technical teams.
• Good mastery of ERP tools and production tracking systems.
• Excellent understanding of industrial processes and manufacturing methods.
• Leadership, sense of organization, analytical mind, and ability to work transversally.
• Results orientation, rigor, reactivity, and a strong culture of continuous improvement.
