Operations Planning Manager TRAVYS is the reference public transport company for the Nord Vaudois and operates 3 railway lines and several bus lines in the Jura \- Nord Vaudois region and has approximately 330 employees. To complete our teams, we are looking for, for a position based in Orbe, then in Yverdon\-les\-Bains, a: Operations Planning Manager Your mission Reporting to the head of the TRAVYS subsidiary, you lead a team whose mission is to plan production in the short and medium term in the road and rail sectors (elements that cannot be planned during the preparation of annual offers). You handle transversal files with the other directorates and manage complex planning files. You are also directly responsible for files related to rail substitutions attached to its subsidiary. Your profile Hold a degree as a Public Transport Manager or an equivalent training, ideally supplemented by higher professional training (EPD, federal diploma, CAS or equivalent title) in the fields of technology, management or project management; Have 7 to 10 years of experience in the operation of a public transport network and/or traffic management, including at least 3 years in leading a team; Know the main legal provisions applicable to the field of public transport, notably the LCR, the OLCR, the LDT, the OLDT, the CCT as well as the railway regulations (PCT) and their implementation directives; Manage complex planning projects by demonstrating a global vision, excellent organizational skills and prioritization; Supervise a team with unifying leadership, promoting collaboration, empowerment and skills development; Communicate with ease, both orally and in writing, and demonstrate excellent writing skills; Demonstrate an excellent spirit of analysis, decision-making and resistance to stress.
