Your tasks ## • You are the link between all branches and are responsible for the design and implementation of demanding projects. • With your project management experience, you set clear objectives, develop realistic project plans, and actively steer their implementation. You maintain an overview, minimize risks, and ensure smooth communication. • You assume responsibility for the schedule, budget, and resources and ensure that project objectives are achieved efficiently, on time, and with high quality. You question results constructively and embody true ownership. • Whether it is process optimization, software development and deployment, strategic projects, or operational initiatives - you lead various projects in a targeted and successful manner to completion. • As a problem solver and business analyst, you develop sustainable solutions and present professional project reports for internal and external interfaces. • You manage changes with structure and vision: thanks to your great communication capacity and your sensitivity to different stakeholders, you successfully accompany change processes - even in a dynamic and multilingual environment.
