INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER & SECURITY OFFICER (M/F)
Mission:
You will be responsible for the security, evolution, and maintenance in operational conditions of the company's IT infrastructure. Furthermore, you will ensure the administration of systems, networks, backup solutions, and security tools, while actively participating in evolution projects of our IT environment and user support.
Your responsibilities:
Infrastructure administration & maintenance
Ensure the administration, maintenance, and evolution of server infrastructures, virtualization (VMware/Proxmox) and Active Directory services.
Manage network equipment, Microsoft Entra Cloud Sync synchronization as well as system supervision and monitoring.
Guarantee the availability, performance, and security of the infrastructure while maintaining up-to-date technical documentation.
Backup administration & maintenance
Ensure the administration, optimization, and monitoring of the Veeam Backup & Replication backup solution.
Guarantee data protection by applying backup and retention strategies and by performing regular restoration tests.
Contribute to the DRP/BCP and maintain complete and up-to-date documentation of backup and recovery procedures.
Security
Ensure the administration and operation of security solutions, access, and associated infrastructures (PKI, MFA, VPN, firewalls, and network access control).
Guarantee the protection of systems and data by performing vulnerability analyses, managing security incidents, and applying remediation measures.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of cybersecurity through technological monitoring, optimization of existing solutions, and maintenance of a high level of security.
IT Projects
Actively participate in IT projects
Collaborate with external partners and suppliers
Perform technological monitoring and propose improvements
Support & incident management
Manage and process tickets on a daily basis.
Follow and document incidents in the ITSM tool.
Provide user support (levels 2 and 3) and resolve incidents.
Your profile
Higher education in computer science (ES, HES, Bachelor or equivalent); additional training in cybersecurity is an asset
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, with proven experience in the administration of Microsoft and virtualized infrastructures
Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory/GPO, Microsoft 365/Entra ID, VMware and Proxmox environments
Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication, Palo Alto/Panorama firewalls and PKI/NAC solutions (ClearPass or equivalent)
Good command of TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, switching and routing networks
French and English minimum B2 level
