What awaits you Organize and supervise the daily activities of the landscaping teams Accompany, train, and develop employees in the field Ensure the monitoring of working hours and resource management Manage supplies, equipment, and stocks Maintain a close relationship with clients and guarantee their satisfaction Participate in the preparation of offers, quotes, and other administrative tasks related to the mandate What you bring CFC landscaper or equivalent training Experience in managing landscaping teams (minimum 6 people) Professional experience in the field of minimum 5 years Proficiency in spoken and written French Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office) Structured work planning, methodical organization, and autonomous working method Strong customer orientation Ready for us?
