• Mise en Place work under the instruction of the head chef
• Cooking and plating dishes for lunch menus and in the evening a la carte and banquets
• Preparation work, managing stock,
• Daily and periodic cleaning work in the kitchen
• Dishwashing work and assistance in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen

WHY YOU WILL SUCCEED;

• Several years of professional experience as a cook or completed cook apprenticeship (preferably EFZ)
• Sound technical and product knowledge, good oral German skills
• Team player with a hands-on mentality, creative and innovative
• Persistent, flexible and resilient, efficient and hygienic way of working
