Our complete list of local benefits can be found below: Benefits in Visp: https://media.ffycdn.net/eu/lonza-group-ag/d/9cd58bc563c44174b5a4f5fedd506597 Your tasks: The MSAT Chemist supports process transfers of commercial GMP processes from the HAPI Labs into the HKSM (HAPI Kilo Suite Manufacturing) and/or Apollo operation in close cooperation with production personnel, project teams, and customers; He supports the commercial production of highly potent products in the processing of problems during the commissioning phase and during regular production (troubleshooting, use-test, error searching, hypothesis testing, ..) and in qualification tasks (new suppliers, starting materials, -); In his role as MSAT Chemist, he develops an excellent process understanding and ensures robust procedure management and production; He leads and develops the assigned laboratory technicians and contributes to the department as a process optimization specialist. Your requirement profile: University education as a chemist (Ph.D. or equivalent professional experience) in synthetic organic chemistry. Experience in process scale-up and process development as well as experience in handling preparative chromatography are desired; Knowledge of problem-solving techniques, statistical process data evaluation, as well as cGMP are an advantage; You are flexible, independent, and possess good communication and teamwork skills as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation; Good German and English skills are required.
