Tasks

• Carrying out inspections, maintenance and repairs on the technical installations of buildings
• Execution of maintenance, care and upkeep work, including green space management and winter service
• Identification and implementation of optimization measures to ensure smooth operation
• Management of spare parts as well as keeping technical documentation up to date
• Taking charge of the on-call service and guaranteeing high availability of the installations

Requirements

• Completed basic technical training, preferably in the sanitary or heating field, with a federal concierge certificate
• Several years of professional experience in facility management as well as solid knowledge in maintenance and upkeep of technical building installations
• Pronounced technical understanding as well as an autonomous and solution-oriented way of working
• Availability for on-call service and interventions outside of regular working hours
• Team personality, committed and responsible with a professional presentation and a high awareness of quality
