Operational Team Leader Packing Station The L+S production site is moving from Kloten to Oberbuchsiten. For this important step, we are looking for a committed, strong-willed personality who will actively help shape the setup and further development of the new location. What you move You lead and coordinate daily operations in production and ensure a smooth shift process. You assign employees according to demand and ensure that production targets in quantity, quality, and deadlines are achieved. You lead your team personally and professionally and actively support employees in everyday operations. You accompany your employees in their daily work, promote their professional and personal development, and recognize potential within the team. You train employees, provide professional guidance for new products, and support general capacity coordination. You control, lead, and optimize the production area with a focus on performance enhancement, waste reduction, and quality improvement. You independently further develop existing processes in your area and drive continuous improvements on the shop floor. You ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality guidelines as well as orderliness in the workplace. You promote appreciative, team-oriented cooperation and actively live our culture in daily work. What you bring Education: Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ) Specialization: as *, Baker*, Confectioner* or Food Technologist* or a comparable training. A technical education / technical affinity is desirable. Professional experience: You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a comparable environment. You bring practical experience in the food sector. You have experience in personnel leadership and understand how to lead a smaller team professionally and personally. Ideally, you bring several years of experience in the field of Lean or continuous improvement. You convince with openness to change and good, team-oriented cooperation. You have good physical prerequisites for working in a production environment. You are ready to work in a multi-shift operation and to establish the site change with much flexibility and a hands-on mentality.
