In order to join our After-Sales Service-HVAC department in Préverenges and thus intervene on behalf of a client at a defined site, we are looking for a:
Heat Pump After-Sales Service Technician (f/m) 100%
Profile
CFC in refrigeration and confirmed experience in troubleshooting and maintenance work for heat pumps.
Knowledge in heating and additional training in electricity would be a real asset.
Possess good knowledge in the field of solar thermal and its installations.
Good knowledge of automation and the various systems currently on the market.
Autonomy, ability to find solutions, versatility, flexibility, analytical and synthesis skills.
Interpersonal skills, customer orientation, proactivity, team spirit and entrepreneurial spirit.
Flexibility and availability, geographical proximity, ideally in the canton of Vaud
Spirit of initiative, sense of organization and ease in communication and with standard IT tools.
Driver's license.
Responsibilities
Perform heat pump after-sales service maintenance interventions in coordination with all internal and external stakeholders.
Ensures troubleshooting of heat pump and heating installations, establishes diagnostics of breakdowns and malfunctions.
Provide advice and technical support to our customers.
Maintain a good relationship with our suppliers and partners and ensure a quality and local service to our clientele.
Perform commissioning of heat pump installations in coordination with our partners.
Commitment and participation in the on-call service.
