La Fondation La Maison des Bosquets, a living environment open to the world, has the mission of accompanying seniors requiring support in maintaining their autonomy.

The support enjoyed by the 130 residents is the result of an interdisciplinary approach, carried out by approximately 200 professionals united by a common mission, which they serve through both their expertise and their soft skills.

Missions and responsibilities

• Identify the needs and resources of the residents,
• Accompany teams in identifying the strengths and resources of the residents;
• Administer and supervise care for the residents entrusted to them;
• Ensure follow-up and execute treatments delegated by doctors in collaboration with management;
• Participate in the integration of new residents and their individual project as well as the development of multidisciplinary support in collaboration with other sectors;
• Contribute to the development of the Montessori approach and the Strengths-Based Approach by providing collective or individual support;
• Contribute to the resident's individual project.

Profile

• Professional skills validated by an HES diploma in nursing
• An interest in different geronto-psychiatric pathologies and specific care protocols
• Autonomy in clinical analysis related to the elderly person and the implementation of specific care
• An ability to work independently, but also in a network, as well as in an interdisciplinary team, to manage complex situations and to adapt
• Methodological skills and leadership related to project management and team support
• An engaged, invested, reliable nature with high ethics
• An interest in developing your personal skills in connection with your activity and especially in sharing them
• Mastery of the French language and IT tools
