Your tasks

• As a senior physician, you take over the leadership of the interdisciplinary treatment team and shape cooperation at eye level.
• The organizational design of the outpatient clinic is as much part of your area of responsibility as ensuring constructive and well-coordinated interdisciplinary cooperation.
• Together with the treatment team, you share responsibility for ensuring the outpatient psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment of patients with illnesses from the entire diagnostic spectrum.
• You assume direct responsibility for the further training of the assigned assistant psychologists and assistant physicians and ensure their professional guidance through regular supervision.

Your profile

• As a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy, you possess the required professional qualification for this responsible activity.
• For your activity, you bring a practice permit from the Canton of St. Gallen or fulfill the necessary requirements to obtain it before starting the position.
• Experience in the treatment of psychiatric patients forms an important basis for your activity and enables you to handle different treatment situations confidently.
• Your commitment and your joy in working with patients distinguish you as much as your interest in collaborating in a multi-professional team.
• As a flexible, team-oriented, and communicative personality, you convince through your strong social competence and your motivation to continuously develop professionally and personally.
• Independent working, taking on responsibility, and making confident decisions are among your strengths and shape your professional way of working.

Verbal offer

You will receive a verbal offer from us by telephone if we decide on you after the second interview, and we will ask you if you also continue to be convinced by us. If we agree, we will prepare your contract.

In the following days, we will send you the contract in duplicate by post. Along with the contract, you will also receive relevant information regarding your employment.
