Due to a retirement, we are looking for an engaged leadership personality as a Ward Manager 80-100% - Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF, starting in October 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for the provision of nursing and care services for residents
• Personnel, technical, and organizational leadership of employees
• Contact person for internal and external interfaces
• Participation in projects in the field of nursing and care
• Further development of the nursing and care area

Your profile

• Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or tertiary specialist in long-term care
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in the nursing field
• Leadership training at the level of team or ward management is advantageous
• Empathic, resilient, and loyal leadership personality
• Very good communication skills and assertiveness
• Organizational skills, economic thinking, and a sense of responsibility
• Independent, exemplary, and efficient way of working
• Good IT user knowledge
