What you achieve ##

• You process the property damage claims assigned to you holistically
• You recognize and analyze complex issues and connections
• You examine claims and determine the corresponding compensation benefits
• You initiate effective measures for loss mitigation
• You flexibly manage areas of operation that are not yet fixedly assigned

What you bring ##

• You bring proven experience in the settlement of property damage, ideally in field claims services
• You have sound knowledge in the area of building damage
• You analyze causes of damage in a structured manner and make technical as well as economic decisions confidently
• You have commercial experience
• You work independently, are flexible, and bring a high degree of initiative and self-organization
• You have an assertive manner while keeping the needs of the customers in view
• You communicate convincingly and bring good negotiation skills
• German is your mother tongue; good knowledge of a second national language is an advantage
