Our Conciergerie and Reception service is looking for a: Hôte d’accueil 60% (H/F) In this role, you contribute to ensuring a careful and standard reception. Your missions Welcome physically and by phone the Residents and external visitors of Millennium at the different reception points. Guide and inform our Residents and external visitors about the place and services offered. Process and respond to emails. Receive complaints and relay information to the Accueil Supervisor. Record and classify complaints in the business software. Process the required administrative tasks and communicate with all Millennium services. Your profile CFC in hotel specialty or equivalent title. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the reception field in hospitality or business. In-depth knowledge of reception techniques, adaptability and stress management. Sense of listening, detail and quality.
