Responsibilities: • Assume the responsibilities of the head chef in case of absence • Control daily production • Ensure that the quality of the dishes reaches the school standard • Organize production according to the meal plan • Maintain good interaction with the production kitchen of the Bulle campus and create synergy • Constantly seek to improve the experience of students in the workshop • Organize purchase orders and deliveries if necessary for the section in charge • Ensure that all kitchen activities - including kitchen cleaning - reflect the students' Moodle course description and meet the workshop learning objectives • Control the cleanliness of the kitchen according to the weekly cleaning schedule Profile and experiences: • CFC cook or equivalent • Pedagogical certificate an asset • Nearly 10 years of kitchen experience • Pedagogical and managerial experience • Proficiency in English (oral and written) and good knowledge • of IT In constant search for improvement Other information: • Location: GIHE Sàrl, Rue de l'Ondine 20, 1630 Bulle • Contract type: indefinite duration contract • Activity rate: 100 % (annualized hours contract) • Start date: 01.09.2026
