Your tasks • Support to the sector management in all administrative and commercial activities. • Management and coordination of capacity planning for a total of four teams. • Resolution of resource conflicts between existing customer support, core and infrastructure development, as well as projects. • Optimization of work processes as well as taking on the role of Scrum Master in the Scrum process. • Price calculation for customized hospital interfaces for customers. • Preparation of offers for integration efforts during new installations. • Support to sales in planning and profitability matters. • Offloading the sector management, particularly to focus on the FHIR technical strategy. Your profile • Several years of professional experience in a coordination role, ideally in the IT or healthcare field. • Degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or equivalent training. • Experience in planning and managing resources and capacity across multiple teams. • Knowledge of agile working methods, particularly Scrum, as well as ideal experience as a Scrum Master. • Understanding of software development processes as well as integration and interface issues (preferably in the healthcare field, e.g., FHIR). • Economic understanding as well as the ability to evaluate planning and profitability issues. • Excellent communication skills and assertiveness in managing different stakeholders. • Fluent command of German, oral and written, ideally fluent command of English or French, oral and written.
