Head of Strategic Partnerships (Master Franchising) As Head of Franchise & Strategic Partnerships, you will actively shape the future of our most important partner relationships. You are responsible for the cooperation with well-known partners such as Shell, Socar and Piccadilly, lead your team with foresight, and contribute significantly to the further development of our business. What you drive Overall responsibility for the cooperation with our strategic partnerships (master franchise partners - including Shell, Socar and Piccadilly) and their further development Strategic and operational support of existing partnerships and, if necessary, the establishment of new partnerships Building and maintaining sustainable relationships at different hierarchical levels Management and support of strategic projects and rollouts Leadership, development and coaching of the responsible team Promotion of close cooperation across the various business areas What you bring Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) Specialization: Business administration studies or higher continuing education in sales Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in a similar position with leadership experience Very good knowledge of retail, preferably in the franchising system Experience in project management and in dealing with various stakeholders Conceptual and analytical skills with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset Strong communication and negotiation skills with a winning personality Goal-oriented, independent and solution-oriented way of working Willingness to travel German (C1) English (A2) Italian (ADVANTAGEOUS) What we offer you Central place of work: Bus line 1 runs from Aarau, station every 15 minutes to Wynenfeld.
