Your task ##

• Technical support for customers in 1st and 2nd level support
• Management and maintenance of user accounts, end devices and basic services
• Monitoring and maintenance of existing systems
• Documentation of support cases and recording know-how in internal systems
• Support with migration and rollout projects

Your profile ##

• Completed IT training EFZ or comparable professional experience
• Experience in the field of IT support and system administration
• Good basic knowledge in areas such as client/server, networks, user management and IT security
• Customer-friendly appearance, solution-oriented thinking and high self-organization
• Very good German skills, solid English skills
