Assistant Dispatcher General Cargo (m/f/d) 100% Permanent Position

For our client, we are looking for a reliable and highly organized personality as an Employee Disposition 100% starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Monitoring of ongoing tours and shipments
• Tracking and control of scheduled deliveries
• Processing of missing goods and various shipments
• Advising customers of shipments
• Supporting disposition with daily tasks
• Coordination and communication with internal and external parties
• Ensuring smooth processes in daily business
• Close cooperation with supervisors and colleagues

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in the transport or logistics sector is an advantage
• Initial professional experience in logistics, disposition, or the transport industry is an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts
• Good PC user skills and confident handling of telephone and digital communication tools
• Good German language skills, written and spoken
• Reliable, precise, and independent way of working
• Highly organized and flexible personality
• Resilient and able to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
• Enjoyment of working in a team
