Your tasks

• Personnel and technical leadership of 8 employees
• Ensuring timely, qualitatively flawless order processing
• Responsible for compliance with quality standards, safety, and environmental regulations
• Optimization of existing workflows and processes as well as implementation of Lean principles
• Active participation in day-to-day operations
• Support with projects

What you bring with you

• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a similar function
• Completed basic technical training
• Good MS Office and ERP knowledge
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working, team player with hands-on mentality
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
