Your area of responsibility:
Active cooperation with sales
Organization and processing of worldwide export and import shipments (consolidated and individual shipments) via air freight
Customs clearances
Control of accounts, invoicing
Customer advice and support / Key Account Management
Correspondence with worldwide partners and M+R Spedag Group offices
Processing of DGR (dangerous goods) shipments
Preparation of offers to customers and partners
Responsibility for the proper processing as well as the compliance, maintenance and further development of our aviation security program
What you bring:
Completed training as a freight forwarding agent
At least five years of experience in air freight (import and export)
Proficiency in Office programs
Very good knowledge of German and English
Profound knowledge and practical experience in the field of aviation security (Regulated Agent, known consignor, etc.)
Openness and flexibility towards customer wishes, service mindset, solution-oriented working
