YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• As a sought-after contact person, you will take over complex fault cases where other solution paths have already been exhausted
• Targeted root cause and error path analysis on software, components, and systems by means of measurements and on-site investigations as well as evaluation of vehicle data -- with a direct influence on the availability of our fleet
• Development and testing of viable solution approaches in close cooperation with project teams, engineering, depot teams, and other specialist departments -- from the first idea to a clean handover into series production/implementation

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Education & Experience

• Completed studies in electrical engineering (TU, FH, HF) or comparable training
• Initial professional experience, whether in mechanical and plant engineering or another technical industry -- what is decisive is your joy in solving problems
• Business fluent German as well as very good English skills (at least B2 level) for exchange with international customers and teams
• Willingness to travel (approx. 50% within Europe) to provide targeted support to our customers and fleets directly on-site

Personality & Working Method

• Rapid comprehension and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new problems, even under time pressure
• Pragmatic hands-on mentality: initiative and a structured way of working to tackle challenges directly and lead projects to a clean conclusion
• Strong communication skills and a confident appearance in interface management between internal specialist departments, customers, and operators
