Your tasks

• Team leadership & motivation: You lead the sales consulting team in a motivating manner on-site, promote active customer engagement, and create an inspiring working atmosphere.
• Customer consulting & sales: You ensure first-class, personal, and honest advice as well as high customer satisfaction and actively maintain customer relationships on-site.
• Merchandise presentation: You bear responsibility for attractive merchandise presentation, stylish window design, and the implementation of current collection themes in the sales area.
• Merchandise management: You control the stocks and customer orders in the women's and men's fashion departments.
• Operating the cash register and customer app are part of the daily business.

Your profile

• Professional experience: Several years of sound professional experience in textile retail (preferably in the consultation of festive men's fashion).
• Leadership experience: Initial or several years of experience in the personnel leadership and development of sales teams is desired.
• Entrepreneurship: Business thinking, organizational talent, and a solution-oriented way of working.
• Appearance & communication: Winning personality with strong customer orientation, high social competence, and assertiveness.
