Job Description ##

Main activities:

• Management and coordination: Organize the daily activity of the workshop, plan production according to priorities and develop the skills of a team of operators and setters.
• Technical expertise and settings: Act as a technical referent on the ground for setups, complex settings and the resolution of breakdowns or machining contingencies.
• Programming and optimization: Create, adapt or optimize machining programs to maximize yield and process reliability.
• Continuous improvement: Collaborate with the methods and quality departments to optimize production flows, reduce machining times and guarantee compliance with high-precision geometric tolerances.

We expect ##

Profile sought:

• Training: A CFC diploma as a polymechanic, a federal diploma of higher technician in mechanics, or a title deemed equivalent.
• Key skills: Mastery of programming on numerical controls (Fanuc, Heidenhain, Alphacam, etc.) and multi-axis machining (milling, turning or grinding on CNC machines)
• Experience in team management
• Assertive leadership, excellent communication, resistance to stress in the face of production emergencies and a strong sense of priorities.
