Technical Inside Sales Representative 80-100% (all)

For our customer in Tagelswangen, we are looking for a reliable and conscientious Technical Inside Sales Representative (all). This is a direct permanent position that can be started immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Telephone and written support of customers and partners
• Support of the field service
• Creation and processing of offers and orders
• Coordination of orders and deliveries of PALFINGER equipment and vehicles
• Administration of stock equipment as well as maintenance of master data in the ERP system
• Clarification of special solutions with the manufacturer
• Cooperation with purchasing, logistics, and project management
• Maintenance of customer and contract documents as well as optimization of internal processes

Requirements

• Completed technical basic training EFZ, e.g., in the areas of commercial vehicles, construction machinery, agriculture, or metal construction
• at least 2 years of professional experience in inside sales or customer service
• Knowledge in a technical or industrial environment
• Proficient use of MS-Office as well as knowledge of ERP systems
• Very good German skills in spoken and written language
