Setter / CNC Milling Operator Your missions Ensure the setting and setup of 3 to 5 axis CNC machining centers. Load programs and perform necessary corrections during production. Launch and monitor manufacturing series in accordance with quality and productivity objectives. Perform tool changes and ensure their monitoring. Carry out dimensional and visual controls using conventional measurement tools. Guarantee the conformity of produced parts according to drawings and manufacturing processes. Fill in production tracking and traceability documents. Participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Ensure first-level maintenance of equipment. Strictly respect quality, safety, and environment instructions. Profile sought CFC in polymechanic, production mechanic, micromecanic or training deemed equivalent. Proven experience in setting and operating CNC milling machines. Mastery of reading technical drawings and using control tools. Good knowledge of machining processes and cutting parameters. Experience in the watchmaking, medical, or precision mechanics field is an asset. Autonomous, rigorous and quality-oriented person. Team spirit and sense of responsibility.
