Customer Service B2B is an important hub between Stöckli Swiss Sports AG and our specialist retailers and importers worldwide. Our sales back office team is the first point of contact for their concerns, coordinates inquiries and ensures first-class service.

at our headquarters in Malters/LU

In this exciting role, you report to the Head of Global Sales Operations and are the first contact person for our defined importers and specialist retailers.

What awaits you:

• You support our American subsidiary as well as our importers and specialist retailers in English and Italian
• You ensure efficient and timely order processing
• You are in close exchange with internal departments such as field sales, logistics and accounting
• You occasionally participate in sales events and ski tests

What you bring with you:

• You have completed basic commercial training, have professional experience in a similar function and bring knowledge in international trade, export and/or customs matters
• Thanks to your quick comprehension, you quickly familiarize yourself with new subject areas and advise our importers and specialist retailers competently and in a service-oriented manner
• You are committed, have a networked way of thinking and work independently and in a structured manner
• You communicate with stylistic confidence in German, English and Italian and appreciate daily contact with our business partners
• You are strong in organization and keep a cool head even in hectic situations
• You know the MS Office programs very well. Ideally, you also bring experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
