It offers a comprehensive range of services in the areas of school, living, therapy, and daily structure for children, adolescents, and adults. At the Bern location, around 280 employees are engaged in more than 30 different professions, making Stiftung Rossfeld one of the leading supra-regional competence centers.   As of April 2027 or by arrangement, as part of the succession planning, we are looking for a Managing Director (100%) Stiftung Rossfeld Your tasks: You bear the overall operational responsibility for Stiftung Rossfeld. Together with the Board of Trustees, you will further develop strategy and organization. Your central tasks include the successful positioning of the foundation during the transition from object to subject financing, which enables people with disabilities to live a more autonomous and independent life, as well as the further development of the Reichenbachstrasse 122 location with a significant construction project. Furthermore, you are responsible for the financial management of the foundation, promote an appreciative leadership and corporate culture, and represent the foundation towards authorities, partners, politics, and other stakeholders. Your profile: You have a successful track record in a responsible leadership position with personnel and results responsibility. Ideally, you bring experience from the disability, health, education, or social sectors or show credibly how you will successfully familiarize yourself with this environment. You have experience in the further development of organizations. In addition, you understand the connections of public financing systems and move confidently in the tension field of various stakeholders. As an integrative and winning personality, you create trust, think analytically, and act in a solution-oriented manner. A university degree as well as further training in management or corporate leadership round off your profile.
