Your tasks • Carrying out the entire recruitment process for IT and technical positions, with a focus on non-managerial positions. • Recording candidate profiles, writing job offers, and coordinating appointments, etc. • Communicating with candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience. • Supporting Active Sourcing via relevant channels (e.g., LinkedIn, XING, talent pools, membership communities). • Strengthening CISTEC's employer brand through Employer Branding and various project initiatives. • Management and administration of the applicant management system. • General support for interface tasks between TA & HR. Your profile • Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in human resources management, business, or a similar field. • Relevant professional experience in internal recruitment or a consulting firm. • Strong interest in the IT and health sectors. • Enjoy actively interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders. • Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and a confident presentation. • Structured, autonomous, and solution-oriented way of working. • Fluent command of German, both spoken and written.
