Locality Neuchâtel Availability Immediately Type Permanent Reference 41546 Published on 18/07/2026 This position represents a key function within the structure, as a true right hand to the Director, with a central managerial responsibility, shared only with the Management, in a human-sized organization of approximately 15 people. Permanent - Rate 100% - Day shifts. Job description ### Main responsibilities • Management of the production plan and daily organization of the workshops • Supervision and support of a team of 12-15 employees • Steering of striking / stamping, CNC machining (turning) and control activities • Role as operational right hand to the management and monitoring of priorities • Resolution of technical field issues and support to teams during setups • Optimization of flows, production methods and correction of malfunctions • Management, monitoring and ordering of tools necessary for production • Monitoring of quality, deadlines, safety and workshop performance Profile ### Desired profile • CFC as a die maker, polymechanic or technical training deemed equivalent • Proven experience in striking / stamping and good understanding of CNC machining, ideally turning • Knowledge in the manufacture, maintenance and monitoring of tools • Experience in team management and leadership • Person oriented towards the field, organized, capable of solving problems and improving processes We offer • A key, stimulating position, with a high degree of autonomy • A dynamic technical environment close to management • Good conditions Production Manager / mechanics, watchmaking,15p. / Permanent
