Your tasks at your new employer
You contribute to the planning and organization of resources in order to guarantee coverage adapted to the needs of the activity
You take charge of the entire arrival process of new employees, from the selection of profiles to their assumption of duties
You ensure close support for the teams and facilitate the transmission of information between the different actors
You pay attention to the smooth running of collaborations and intervene when adjustments or specific measures are necessary
You participate in the continuous improvement of the company's functioning by identifying optimization points and proposing concrete solutions
You are required to lead different mandates and projects, to exploit available data and to present recommendations to support decisions

You have completed higher education in human resources or management
You are comfortable in managing sensitive situations and have good foundations in conflict resolution
You benefit from significant professional experience in a position involving comparable responsibilities
You have developed good expertise in recruitment and in the support of employees
You distinguish yourself by your interpersonal skills, your ability to communicate effectively and your ability to lead projects in a structured manner
You have a perfect command of French and also have very good knowledge of German
