Zuger Kantonsspital serves the health of the population of the Canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1'200 employees, 180 of whom are in training and further education, are active in various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11'500 inpatient and over 70'000 outpatient patients. In the interdisciplinary emergency center, more than 27'500 people are treated annually.

For our Pneumology, we are looking for a Med. Practice Assistant Pneumology 80 % immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks ##

• Performing lung function tests, respiratory polygraphies (sleep diagnostics) and spiroergometry (together with the supervising physician)
• Management of patients with sleep apnea
• Planning and organization of the specialist pneumological consultations
• Administrative work, incl. service recording and maintaining the electronic patient record
• If interested, participation in bronchoscopies (entire diagnostic spectrum, incl. cryobiopsies) and other interventional procedures (pleural puncture, PleurX catheter insertions etc.)

Your profile ##

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant
• Experience in consultation organization and patient administration
• Independent, structured and efficient way of working
• Reliable, flexible and resilient personality with organizational talent
