HR Generalist 50-60% (m/w/d)

To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed and trustworthy personality as HR Generalist 50% - 60% (m/w/d), effective immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Processing of payroll and social security cases
• Support of managers during the onboarding and offboarding process
• Ensuring consistent data quality in human resources
• Participation in projects for process and system optimization
• Creation of evaluations to support personnel controlling
• Reconciliation of accounts in cooperation with the finance department
• Support of all phases of the employee lifecycle
• Monitoring and coordination of staff absences

Your profile

• At least three years of practical experience in payroll accounting
• Commercial basic training with federal HR specialist certificate (eidg. HR-Fachausweis)
• Proficient German language skills, French is an advantage
• Strong numerical understanding and process thinking
• Proficient use of MS Office and ERP software
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Sound specialist knowledge in human resources
• Openness towards digitalization and AI topics
• Trustworthy and responsible personality
