Job description ##

• Butchering of meat and production of meat products
• Production of sausages, cold cuts, and other meat specialties
• Ensuring compliance with high quality and hygiene standards
• Packaging and labeling of products
• Carrying out quality controls and monitoring stock
• Cleaning of machines and various work surfaces

We expect ##

• Completed training as a butcher (Metzgerin/Metzger) is an advantage or comparable qualification
• Experience in meat processing and the production of sausages
• Good knowledge of applicable hygiene regulations and safety regulations
• Several years of professional experience as a butcher (Metzgerin/Metzger) is mandatory
• Good physical fitness and resilience
• Ability to work in a team, reliability, initiative, and a high sense of responsibility
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license and car is mandatory
• Readiness to work in shifts
