Equipped with confirmed technical expertise, the Project Manager works in close collaboration with the various company managers: technical-sales, technical office, and production to ensure the smooth running of projects. ### *Position based in Bussigny or Montreux* *M/F* Responsibilities ### • Represent Maison Wider to our clientele and manage several carpentry/cabinetmaking design projects simultaneously • Monitoring and controlling the smooth running of projects at all levels: technical, planning, production, and budget management • Supporting the technical employees assigned to the project • Taking measurements on construction sites Profile ### • Holder of higher education in carpentry-cabinetmaking, or from the building sector with a strong interest in interior design • Recognized experience in project management and leadership • Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with clients, very high customer service sense • Structured and rigorous, priority management • Unifying, able to work in a team • Ideally proficient in English What we offer ### • Custom-made and large-scale projects realized with cutting-edge technology • A passionate team committed to the quality of work • A company that values listening, commitment, and quality
