With around 64 beds, the facility combines professional nursing quality with a corporate culture shaped by mutual respect and humanity. To strengthen the nursing team, we are looking for an engaged personality as Team Leader Nursing 80-100% immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Leadership and further development of the nursing team
• Ensuring the quality of life and care of the residents
• Support and strengthening of employees in everyday nursing
• Early detection of tensions and promotion of team balance
• Active participation in shaping the future of the institution

Your profile

• Diploma as Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF required
• Team leader training present or willingness to undergo further training
• Leadership experience and competence in employee management
• Professional competence in long-term care and support
• Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with people
• Organizational talent and a structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts
